AesPlla is a Poly-L-Lactic Acid based (PLLA) filler/collagen stimulator. Formulated with a biocompatible and biodegradable synthetic polymer.
This works to correct the appearance of shallow to deep nasolabial folds, contour deficiencies and facial wrinkles. Where there is volume loss, we can inject the stimulator directly to promote changes.
It is considered a very safe treatment with minimal downtime. Results will develop 4 weeks post-treatment, as the skin begins to produce new collagen. Initially, a renewed glow will be visible, followed by gradual volume restoration.
This is similar to the well known treatment Sculptra.
The most amazing part, is that the results can last for up to 3 years. Research has been carried out and positively tested.
Is it painful?
This treatment is comfortable thanks to the topical numbing cream and 2% Lidocaine that is mixed with the AesPlla product. A mix of needle and cannula is used to target certain areas but all injections are only a few seconds.

With a product mixture of up to 8ml, we can target a full face approach rather than one particular area. This enables you to gain full rejuvenation and volume across multiple areas, specific to you.
Here in clinic we aim to cover a full face rejuvenation however we can focus only lower face if needed. It can be used across areas such as the temples, jowls and areas prone to volume loss, such as the cheeks, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. We can inject it across hollow areas.
We would recommend 2-3 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart depending on volume loss and planned results.
This treatment can be combined with Dermal Filler for more definition if needed.
