Aqualyx is a treatment used here at House Of Aesthetics to help remove unwanted subcutaneous fat. It has been medically researched and has clinical evidence supporting it's success.

The human body naturally stores fat in order to supply energy but subcutaneous fat cells are difficult to diminish. The active substance in aqualyx locks into the cell wall and releases the fatty acid that is stored within.T his is then removed and broken down by the body.

Typically one - two treatments are required for each area being treated. The treatment can be repeated between two and six times depending on the number of small pockets of fat tissue to be reduced.

By following a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and healthy living, the fat should not return in that area.

Following your first treatment, the process of fat dissolving takes around 4 weeks. You will start to see results, including firmness & flattening at around 8 weeks after your initial treatment.

This treatment would not be recommended on any area with loose, excessive skin. Please also note that this is not an alternative for weight loss.
